EIC was founded by Annette Joyce, a senior technology and operations executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation, enterprise technology modernization, PMO development, operational excellence, process redesign, and large-scale systems strategy.

Her background includes roles as CIO, CTO, COO-level leader, consultant, and advisor to executives and boards. She brings a rare combination of strategic insight and execution discipline—along with the ability to unify teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver lasting organizational capability.
